need to add camera. how can I do so?
Adding an Alarm.com camera to an account will require the Alarm.com Cloud Video Add-On. A description of services and add-ons can be found here.
If you already have video service, Cameras can be added by going through the setup wizard in your Alarm.com account Video page. Note there will be a limit of 4 cameras per level of service.
If you do not have Cloud Video service but would like to add it, you can do so at any time by emailing customerservice@suretyDIY.com.
