My old thermostat had W wire Y wire and a jumper between Y&W must I connect the Jumper on the new ADC thermostat?
If you have a jumper there between W and Y, that probably means you have an old thermostat and a heat pump.
A jumper between W and Y on the ADC thermostat means you would be engaging both the heat pump and a stage of aux heat whenever your ADC thermostat calls for heat, or engaging both the heat pump cooling stage and a stage of aux heat whenever it calls for cool.
An ADC thermostat does not need the jumper because it already knows to use Y when confirgured for a heat pump, and the reversing wire informs heat vs cool.
