Hello,
A few years ago, SuretyCam installed a Vivotek VS4801 video recording system that appears to save to a HDD, for a friend’s business. Moved their offices around and as a result, the camera system stopped working. I got it all put back together, except I can’t figure out how to get the video to record to the HDD. I’ve attached a picture of the HDD box.
Do you have any guidance, or can you point me to any product web sites that might be helpful?
