I have what appears to be a Vivint branded Vivotek IP8130 (non WIFI) camera running firmware 0108e. Can this be used via Surety/Alarm.com?

All are WiFi cams used by Vivint.
You probably have the 10 series ADC-V510 (no visible antenna, no wireless N).
