I have a Vivint Sky Panel V-MP2-345 that has a Novatel Cellular Module. Is there an alarm.com compatible modem I can purchase to have the sky panel serviced by ADC?

No, there are no Alarm.com compatible modules for that panel. Unfortunately a different panel would be required to use Alarm.com service.
