Vivint Cameras Limits

Do Vivint limit an account to 4 cameras only? I have 3 outdoor pros and a camera doorbell. I have tried adding other cameras myself and keep seeing issues of ‘device not communicating’ when trying to add a 5th camera.

I have got mixed messages online about 4 or 6. It is unclear and Vivint don’t seem to know when I call them.
