Video Motion and Object Detection Rules

Hi all, just wondering about something. Yesterday and the the day before, I noticed that one of my 723 cameras was giving off Video Motion Detected notifications, but what is weird is that its set up for Object Detection rules (and has no VMD rules set up).

Just curious, if there was some sort of issue with the Object Detection feature last night (on alarm.com servers) and it resorted to VMD as a back up?

I’ve not seen this, your dealer may be able to help determine if just the wrong template was sent for some reason based on account activity events in dealer history.

I’m not sure what else would be at fault unless you had rules set up for it.

thanks, Jason. I’ll look into this further and keep an eye on it. Doesn’t seem to be anything (or change) I did on my end.
