Video Doorbell not Showing in Alarm.com APP

My Alarm.com video doorbell is connected to WiFi and has the green light. When I go to the Alarm.com APP or website it says I have no video devices connected even after I refresh the device list.

What is the model number of the video doorbell?

Are you connected to the same wifi network as the doorbell? That is necessary to find the device when adding a new video camera.

Is that doorbell previously used and still connected to another Alarm.com account? We can double check if you send the MAC address in a PM.
