I need to reset/change my verbal password. Unfortunately, I apparently do not know what my current verbal password is. How do I go about resetting my verbal password since I do not know my current one?
It appears that our customer service team received a forwarded ticket regarding this and has emailed you instructions, along with your submitted survey link. Being signed in here to post, you will be able to access the link in that email and view your previously selected passwords.
In general, to update passwords, email customerservice@suretyDIY.com. If you forget your original verbal administrative password, your survey link is in your emailed receipt, but can be resent to the email address on file if need be.
