I just got a new VDB 770 doorbell. Unfortunately, the power module is not included in the packaging. I was wondering if I have a 16v 30amp doorbell transformer if I need to use this.
The power module is needed for every VDB770 installation. If it was not in the package, was the camera purchased new? If so be sure to reach out to the vendor.
