Add another VDB770 power issue to the list. Hasn’t been working for a couple days. At times would intermittently connect after reseating or when pressing the unit into the holder a bit. Took it off today, I believe we saw 19v across the contacts. Appears maybe the battery is bulging slightly? Picture attached. Anything else to try before looking at buying a new one or is there another course to repair for out of warranty. Purchased thru Surety Dec 2021. Thanks!

I would recommend trying a battery replacement first as that does seem to be the problem based on your description. The replacement battery pack can be found here:
