Doorbell started making a weird loud whizzing noise nonstop. I took a video but for some reason the forum gives you the option of uploading video but then says you can’t after you do it.

Never encountered that kind of sound from a doorbell, but it sounds like electrical components.
If you remove that doorbell from the door and let it power down for about 5-10 minutes, does the noise return as soon as you put it back on the mount to boot up? Does it come back at all?
Happened to me too. Was the speaker making a sound. At the same time the microphone wasn’t working if trying to listen in. Cycling the power on the doorbell helped.
I’ve had this happen a couple times as well. A reboot fixed it.
