VDB105x Not connecting to Wifi

Original Skybell that came with the house (Dr. Horton build) finally needed replacing due to swollen battery.
Got new bell plugged in and it allows doorbell to ring but will not connect to wifi no matter what I’ve tried. I’ve done power boost/cycle, power reset, power off, factory reset, deleted bell from app and am trying to get back in the system but am receiving error messages stating “Connected, no internet”. Or, Internet not available. It recognizes the wifi is there but it’s not connecting.

I also reset my entire breaker panel and the modem, router, and wifi as a whole.

What model of router are you using? Do you have more than one access point?

If you use a unique 2.4Ghz network SSID so the camera can only connect to that 2.4Ghz network, does that allow it to connect?
