1 Existing user cannot unlock deadbolt. Other users still have access. Tried to refresh online and says it should work.
Usually this means the lock did not successfully receive all of the user codes from your 2GIG panel. On your Alarm.com Security -> Users page do any of your users have a status that looks like this?
If so, try resending those user codes.
I’ve seen that warning message on my locks from time to time. I send the update on the ADC page and it goes away; then it comes back a minute, an hour, a day later. None of the users have ever had an issue unlocking the doors though.
