User names not showing in Notifications

My notifications from don’t include users name it instead tells me “user in slot #” I have created users in the setup.

It looks like all the user names for this account are synced with Alarm.com, but it does look like they were just recently edited earlier.

Can you test a notification now and let us know if it still shows no user name associated with the user?

It seems to happen only when the door is unlocked and the panel disarms automatically, I have a rule set.

Did you create the Lock user codes at the lock itself or through Alarm.com?

If the users were directly added to the lock, they would not correspond to user IDs in ADC.

In your user creation page for Alarm.com you can select to give users access to locks. Note that codes will take roughly five minutes each to save at the lock.

All codes were made on the ADC site.

Alright, thank you. We do see in the history for the account instances where the unlock notification is reporting based on ID slot number.

We are going to try a command to help sync the data. Can you try to test again in about 10 minutes?

Just tried it and it still said the same at 4:57

Wait I just saw in the users that they do not have lock access I am going to fix that and let you know if that worked
