I changed my user code through this website but now the new one I entered unlocks the front door as well as my old one I used before. Am I doing something wrong? I don’t want the old user code to work anymore.
Locks will typically have a master user code that was programmed directly into the lock (for local programming features) which would not be overwritten by ADC changes. Was the code you were using for this purpose the same as your original ADC master user code?
