Used remote panels should work seamlessly after a factory reset as they are not tied to an account like the panel. Just a WiFi network
Make sure that it is a QW9104 (or the newer IQR-PG, though if it is used it is probably not this one), not an older QW9103 or QW9102 model, as those older ones are not compatible with the IQ Panel 4.
