The verification code to login is always asked for when login in from home Pc (Google)
Must alwayshave to resend code even after always verifing the device . Once I exit will not be able to reenter unless I send for another code . Is this normal on the home pc??..the mobile devices work fine
Mobile devices through the mobile app are automatically set as trusted devices when you successfully login via two factor authentication. Trusted devices do not require further two factor verification.
Through your pc web browser you will be prompted on first logging in to either skip or trust that device. If you choose Skip, you will need to enter a verification code each time.
You can edit trusted devices under Settings > Login Information > Two Factor Authentication.
All steps were performed as listed several time over the past 2 day
The device is listed and named in settings as a trusted device as well as my mobile devices .
The mobile device perfome and login as required , but the Home PC Continues to ask for a code on login
Even when listed in setup as verified and Trusted and I will need to reenter a code to access
Please advise to avoid have to continue to enter code on PC (Google Chrome)
This have only become an issue in the last 2 days or so when a code became a most to access the site

What browser version are you using? Are you using incognito mode?
If you go into Alarm.com two factor settings and delete all instances of that PC as a trusted device manually (click the arrow, then Delete Trusted Device) can you then log out and is there any change after trying without the old instances of the device present?
One thing we could try is to reset 2FA for you so you can start fresh. Would you like to try that?
Tried removing trusted devices from settings and restarting the procedure in the past did not solve the problem

When tested all the browsers the home Pc continued to ask for a code
All mobile devices performed as required
This is true on 2 Home Pc and My laptop as well all request new codes even after device is verified and is listed in settings as such
I can’t replicate this with mine or other test accounts, PC trusted devices do not need further verification, so I would recommend we try the suggested reset of the 2-Factor Authentication so you can set it up again from scratch.
