I have re sent the backup from 2/6/2020 settings should be applied within 10-15 minutes.

Factory defaulting the panel may not be necessary in this case you can reset the z-wave radio instead.

Once you connect to ADC the old backup will be overwritten with new settings automatically. In this case it had not occurred yet.

I have turned everything back on, just waiting for the restore to complete.

Its can take awhile. Have any sensors populated?

The first time (before the factory reset) had all the sensors populated?
