Updating Skybell HD Firmware

After reviewing several other post, it looks as if the firmware that I am running on the Skybell HD doorbell camera is a little behind. Please advise as how to request an update to the latest version.

Depending on the model of Skybell you use, there are three different firmware version distinctions. Users have control over firmware on the video device info page in Alarm.com.
