Updating my GC panel (v1.12) to match the TS1 panel (v1.16).
Will I have to upgrade a “step” at a time, 1.14 then 1.16, or can I go straight from 1.12 to 1.16?

If you are using the 2GIG USB Update Cable, you can go from 1.12 to 1.16 directly. If your firmware was below 1.10, you would need to update incrementally.
OTA updates differ from this in that they must be done incrementally, which is neither here not there as 1.16 is not available for OTA at this time.
