I just updated to 1.17 and now my 2gig panel says there are no sensors… they sensors were all connected before the update. How can I fix?
Firmware updates do not overwrite sensor programming, so an additional issue would have occurred.
What firmware version were you updating from? Did you go directly to 1.17 from that version?
Did your codes/installer code also get defaulted?
Did you perform a panel reset? (Holding the two face buttons while the panel powers up) This would cause a reset to defaults depending on programming.
I apparently did a panel reset… Was able to reconnect my sensors. Thanks!
