Update CC Info

How do I update my CC info? The only option in my profile was to delete the current CC, but no way to add the new one.

If you have had a failed payment, the failure notification email contains instructions on how to update your account. Clicking the “Pay” button on your account page for the failed order allows you to make the failed payment with a new method, and the new method will be saved and set for future payments.


when I go through the pay now link in the email I enter my info and submit, but the billing amt is incorrect and its asking me to select a username/pw and account type. Don’t think I want to chance messing up my account. is there an email address I can use to correspond w/yall?
