I’m getting text messages I believe are coming from Surety but not intended for me. Possibly due to me obtaining a new phone/phone number. How can I confirm it’s coming from you and, if so, stop them.
The message is “1 week remaining alert! Xxxx Xxxxxxx’s Belle battery is running low. Please charge on cradle as soon as possible.”
I am not Xxxx xxxxxx, and do not have a Belle (whatever that is).
I am not sure about that message, Belle appears to probably reference a brand of medical alert device, but we do not monitor that product.
If you are receiving unwanted notifications from Alarm.com, reach out to info@alarm.com and let them know the number receiving the notification and tell them that it is not a valid recipient and you do not want notifications.
In this case, if it is the medical alert device I found when searching Belle, that is not related to Alarm.com. It is not an integrated product as far as I am aware. See a list of Alarm.com supported devices below.
