Unsupported manufacturing ID (0)

I have tried to add Window/Door sensors and a PIR sensor to my panel but I keep getting UNSUPPORTED MANUFACTURING ID (0) error when I try to pair using the learning mode.

If I manually enter the sensor ID (109-5274), the sensor is added but doesnt work and shows on the main screen wuth an exclamation mark.

It’s the IQ Panel 2+ with up to date firmware 2.6.1 and these sensors were provided with the Panel. It connected to WiFi and the cellular part is connected although I am awaiting for my plan to be started with Surety. Will the sensors not add without a plan/subscription being in place.

I’ve been told my an alarm expert that my sensors are 868-0 so I’ll also need to check to make sure the system is also 868-0 and not something else. How do I know if the system is 868-0?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

This is an error we have seen with regard to PowerG sensors made for different systems or specific dealers.

To be of assistance we would need to know the model. 868-? however is not a designation I am familiar with, US PowerG sensors would be 915-?

Is there no way I can pay for a plan as its only access to the app I require so I can arm the system remotely?

No, that’s not possible, we do not provide any services outside of the US at this time.
