unenrolling sensors

i recently enrolled two new wireless sensors, and then attempted to unenroll them by changing them to inactive (00). they are still showing on ADC as present and open. how do i delete these sensors from my system?

Marking the zone as Unused will remove the sensor from Alarm.com. There can be a short delay to this, and you may need to log out and log back into Alarm.com in order to view the change.
