I used to be able to re arrange my cameras in an order that made sense for me on the ADC web portal and they would stay that way every time I logged in. Now when i attempt to do this, I get an error that says unable to save camera group. Any Ideas?
To verify, you’re referring to the “Reorder” button on the camera-groups page is that correct? Are you just reordering existing groups or are you trying to create a new group?
Since you are beta testing Alarm.com RVM that may have an impact here. Are you able to reorder any group that does not contain an RVM camera?
