Unable to format SD card V729P

Hello, I am unable to get my SD card to format in my V729P floodlight. I have tried using both the website and app, but it gets stuck after formatting, and gives an error stating unable to save schedules. Are you able to format it on the partner end?

Formatting the card is part of the user recording rule creation process. Looking at the camera and the card details it is reporting there may be either compatibility issues or trouble reading that card.

Can you confirm the brand and size of that SD card?

It looks like you have two cameras, does the card have the same trouble in both?

Try removing that SD card, then reinsert it.

In Alarm.com go to Video > Settings > SD Card Information for the camera that it is in. You can try reformatting there at the bottom.
