I have a kwikset 910 lock that I can’t get to remove from the alarm.com screen. I chose remove device then trigger the device, app will say delete complete but it never removes the lock. Any ideas?
It looks like you have a couple recently deleted lock instances. One lock is still on the list. Are you trying to remove the one labeled “Front Door Lock?”
I don’t know how, but you fixed it! The one named front door lock is the same lock but I had to re set up. Alarm system and lock came with house when I purchased recently. Thanks for your help!
