Unable to delete door lock

I have a Kwikset 620 door lock. I’ve followed the steps to remove it but the lock still shows on dashboard. My panel will say “device removed successfully” but it still remains. Is there a step that I’m missing?

What is the name of that lock as it shows in Alarm.com?

If you remove the batteries from that lock and leave it powered off, we can send a command to try and remove it from the panel. This can only succeed if the panel cannot communicate with the lock at all, so it needs to be powered down.

Let me know if you would like to try this in reply, along with the name.

Thank you for your help! I would like to try this but I won’t home until around 5pm central time. name of the lock is “front door lock”.
