Unable to add Rachio Irrigation Controller

When I click on the irrigation card in the app it says that the service is supported, but there are no relevant devices found and to contact the service provider. There is no option to add the Rachio device.

When connecting Rachio, login to the Alarm.com app and click on the Connect to Account button to get started.

If this is not working, log out of the app, then back in, and try again. If it still fails, please post an image of the issue you are encountering.

The issue was that the irrigation card was “hidden” in the app. Once I unhid the card the option to connect appeared. Thanks.
