I am getting forced to use two factor ID when attempting to log in. I have double checked my profile with surety and this is disabled. I do not want two factor ID. Can you please assist?
To clarify, there are two different logins associated with your service.
Your suretyhome.com login is used for this support site and suretyhome.com for purchasing and account management.
Your Alarm.com login is a separate set of credentials used for access to Alarm.com. You may have made them the same intentionally, but it is a separate login and 2FA is handled individually for those two.
Two Factor Authentication is strongly recommended for both logins. In Alarm.com it is required by default and reminders will be displayed.
I have added your account to an exempt list in Alarm.com. This will stop the continued prompts.
