The only listing for the IQ4 345 panel shows no information on the cellular provider it works with, model I need is IQP4006 according to chatbox, but shows item not found when searching.

We do that to reduce how many options you have to pick from when ordering since, for most people, it doesn’t matter which cellular they use. We have the AT&T panels too though. To order one just order the Verizon model and put in the order notes that you want AT&T instead.

Added the note in order details and they sent the Verizon model. Not a great start with Surety.

I have looked into your order, I am sorry for this error, but I am happy to get that taken care of for you right away. Can you send us a private message here with the IMEI off the box label for that panel?

With that I can get an RMA and return label for you, and I can have our team cross ship the AT&T model for replacement.

As a follow up, I have a return label ready for you for that panel.

Please confirm in reply if you’d like to use that return label and get the panel swapped out. I can cross ship the AT&T model for you.

Jason,
Been on the road, tomorrow I should get a chance to address this. Trying to find someone with a Verizon phone to check signal strength. I really don’t care what provider we have as long as we have a good signal. I checked my current Vista 20P system and it has a Verizon communicator and shows solid green signal. It is located in the attic so no brick walls to interfere with the signal.
If for some reason Verizon is not stable enough, is it possible to swap out for a AT&T version. If it works as it should we won’t have. to do anythin.

Is the shipping address the intended service address?

If so, both AT&T and Verizon report full coverage when checking in Alarm.com.

If the service address will be different can you send that as a private message and I can check to verify the best coverage option?

If you want to test it first, be sure to keep all packaging intact and I would recommend testing on a shelf or table in the general area where it will be installed but do not physically install it yet. I’ve got a return label for you if needed.
