I bought a used ADC 620PT camera off of eBay and I was hoping for help setting it up. I’m having issues getting my account to see the camera. I have it connected to my router directly with an Ethernet cable and I have factory reset it more than 2 times now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
Have you tried manually adding the mac address of the camera?
The camera may in fact be registered to an existing account as well, cameras may only be registered to one account at the time. If the seller was using it with their own account, you may be able to get them to remove it.
