Troubleshoot Lutron Light Switches not displaying on IQ Panel

This is how to will show you steps to troubleshoot if your Lutron Caseta light switches are not displaying on your IQ Panel 4 and IQ4 Hub.

The panel needs to be on firmware version 4.3.0+ in order to be able to display the light switches. If your panel is not on a compatible firmware, visit the link below to update your firmware version.

If you panel is up to date and still isn’t displaying the Lutron light switches, try:

1. Unlink your Lutron account from Alarm.com

2. Press and hold the black button on the hub until the ring starts to flash(about 20 seconds)(this resets the network settings but not the devices learned in)
   

   

3. Link your Lutron account back into Alarm.com
