I have two locks on my account that have been removed from my z-wave controller but are not getting removed from alarm.com. The locks I’m referring to are REMOVE and Lock (ID:41)
Commands have been sent to delete the locks. the lock labelled REMOVE has been successfully deleted, however ID:41 was unsuccessful.
It appears as though that lock was unsuccessfully removed from the controller and will need to be re-removed from the z-wave network. Please note, z-wave devices can not be remotely removed if they are still in communication with the network in any way and should be removed at the panel. Were you able to successfully remove the lock?
