my zwave devices are not responding to app commands. The controller GC3 turns everything on and off correctly, however, when i use the app or the website (alarm.com) nothing happens.
I do not see any errors or malfunctions, however I do see responses from the panel indicating that the acknowledged commands could not be run. The first suggested troubleshooting step would be to power down the panel completely. Transformer first, then battery and leave it powered down for two full minutes. Then power it back up (battery first, then transformer). Once booted back up fully, try running z-wave commands remotely, any change?
