When attempting to configure my Driveway and Front Yard cameras for Video Analytics the following error occurs.
"The following error occurred: Failed to upload video analytics package to the camera.
Video Analytics setup was not successful. Would you like to try again?"
Have you tried power cycling those cameras first?
Try a quick power cycle, leave them powered off for 60 seconds. Wait about 5 minutes after booting up, then try sending those configurations again.
Any luck?
Just rebooted the cameras and was able to configure everything, thanks for the help.
