Hello, I added an ADC-VS1 camera server to my account a little while ago and I ordered a second one from eBay as it was a lot cheaper than other sites, and I factory reset it but I can’t add it. When I try to add it to my alarm.com account it says the it needs a firmware upgrade but I’m not sure how to do that.
Firmware updates run during the setup process typically to bring a device current, however, if purchased used or if it has gone unused for a long time, it is possible it has a very old version which is no longer supported to connect initially.
Can you post a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
