I have an IQ 4 panel and two dsc ws9lcdwf9 wireless panels, along with a translator (don’t know model/version, will paste photo). There are no errors on the IQ4, but each of the two wireless panels has a fault “Basement Translator.” I can’t get this to clear. I have tried resecuring wires, reboot with battery disconnected, deleting and re-adding panels, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
It looks like you’re missing a resistor across the BELL+ and BELL- terminals. If you do not have a siren wired to the module, you need to put a 1 kΩ across the bell terminals, or it will cause a bell trouble.
