Currently i have a service with one of the alarm.com service provide and would like to transfer the service to surety.
May I know what is the process?

Hi, There are two options.
You can cancel service with your existing provider and then create a new account with us. This is the most common approach. But if you have a 3G module you would have to upgrade to a 4G module before creating your new account.
If you can convince your provider to transfer your account to us then we will accept the transfer and you won’t have to create a new account. This is less common because not all providers are willing to do transfers.
Which approach would you like to use?
Also, How do i check whether 2gig panel has 4G communicator or not?
You can ask your current provider what module you have. Or, if you take a picture of your module inside your panel we can probably look at it and let you know.
My contract ends in March and I requested them to cancel the service in March.

To transfer, we would send you a transfer code that you would give to them and they would use to initiate the transfer. It’s entirely up to them whether they’re willing to do it but we’re happy to accept the transfer if they do.
I’ll have to check tomorrow on the module and get back to you. I don’t have the proper documentation on me at the moment.

If your module has two antennae that means it is a 4G LTE module. It could be used without issue.
If you want to try to transfer instead, the first thing to do would be to ask your exiting service provider if they would perform the transfer of your Alarm.com account. Some do not support it.
If they will, yes, you would select your service plan first. You can purchase your desired service plan on our website and let us know you would like a transfer instead of filling out the normal activation form.
We will then send you a transfer pin to provide your current dealer and they would start the process.
I see $22/month plan. Does that include Door bell camera and indoor camera ?
It sounds like you are referencing Surety Home? No, video is not included in Surety Home, but can be added later if you want to get started with that plan.
If you are looking for a plan that includes video, click on the “Security and Automation with Cameras” tab on the plans page to view the Protect and Complete plan options.
Note that no matter what plan you start out with, you can change your service plan at any time to any plan after getting started.
