Time not accurate

This morning my DSC touch panel was ~3 minutes behind. I updated the time. Approximately 8 hours later, the panel is now 5 minutes behind. Given that this has a CDMA radio and is IP enabled, why am I having time issues? It would seem they could use NTP servers via IP or pull time via the CDMA radio - much like I do with my NTP serves at work.

So, any idea why time is drifting so dramatically?

We would need to see this occurring over a span to determine. How is the time currently being reported?

Panel time is set by Alarm.com, then the panel clock runs on its own if I recall. Has the panel continued to slow?
