Alarm.com now supports pan-tilt-zoom functionality on third-party PTZ cameras, allowing business users to adjust these cameras’ pan, tilt, and zoom functions in real time on the Alarm.com platform to expand their situational awareness. With PTZ cameras, users can use one camera to conveniently monitor multiple angles and leverage optical zoom to better see key details on their property. These cameras enable users to save and access preset views to navigate the camera to areas of interest.
