I have two 2Gig CT100 thermostats that are connected to 2Gig Go Control module via z-wave. However, the thermostats are not showing up on my Alarm.com account. How can I correct this? Thank you!
Ah, it looks like this is regarding a new account. Unfortunately the CT100 is one of three old thermostat models which are discontinued and lack the ability to process features in development. Because of this, Alarm.com has chosen to end support for the CT100 on all accounts created after May 2018. You can find the original announcement here.
The CT100s can function normally on the local system or independently but cannot be controlled through Alarm.com on new accounts at this time.
