Is there a Smart Thermostat that can work with the Qolysis system without a common wire? Even though our house is only 12 years old there is not a common wire.
The ADC-T25 can be run on batteries only and does not require a C-wire connection.

No, this is a newer thermostat and is not related to the T3000. The T25 is not expected to have any similar widely applicable isolation relay requirements.
