I have two Honeywell T6 Pro thermostats one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs one gives me the ability to configure 5 setpoints where as the upstairs one only gives 4 setpoints. What Am I missing?
Just to clarify, are you referring to the different schedule change points in Alarm.com when editing the thermostat schedules? The overnight option wraps to the morning and is not a separate section. Looking at your schedules it looks like you have 4 changes for one thermostat and 3 for the other.
For the Upstairs thermostat, try changing the “Settings Per Day” selection to 2, then back to 4.
