Thermostat not showing up

I have been trying to be able to control my second thermostat on alarm.com, but I haven’t been able to get it to work. I can see it and control it on my 2gig system, but I can’t online. Is there something special I have to do to control my second thermostat online?

Zwave devices will sometimes take a while to fully register on Alarm.com immediately following their addition into your local system, but we can hasten the process by forcing an equipment list check.
