I had to remove an upstairs thermostat and re add it. I can’t see it on the website but it is registered on control panel. Can you send an update command or something to get the 2nd thermostat to show up. Thank you.

After installation, was a network rediscovery run at the panel? It is always advised to run one after adding or moving Z-Wave devices.
