Hi, newly signed up here. Under the alarm.com app, all my sensors are showing up OK except under the section Front Door was left open… Is there a reason only 5 random sensors are showing up here?
If you are referring to the Sensor Status section, the sensors which will be visible there are the ones you choose for sensor activity monitoring. For information on this feature, see the post found here. From the security tab, choose Sensors, then select the sensors you wish to add to activity monitoring. With ADC Gold Interactive, you are allotted ten sensors for activity monitoring for free.
Thanks, the issue was I had the sensor labels matched wrong and now that I fixed it, it properly lists all my doors instead of a mix of motion and doors.
