Yes, all service plans support Alarm.com notifications via sms text message, email, or push notification.
See the video here for an example of creating a sensor activity notification. User contact information is managed under Users. You can create users with or without access to the panel. To add your own phone, select Users and edit your primary user. Choose to add new contact information.
